These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of digibots.qa and to the services provided by Digibots Creative Solutions (“Digibots”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

The content on this website is for general information about our services. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse any part of it without our written permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Quotes and proposals

Prices, timelines and scope for each project are set out in a written quotation or proposal. A project starts once the quotation is accepted and any agreed advance payment is received.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content, logins, approvals and feedback on time, and for confirming they have the rights to any text, images, logos or other materials they give us. Delays in providing these may change the project timeline.

Payments

Invoices are payable according to the payment terms in the quotation. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, printing and advertising budgets are paid separately unless the quotation says otherwise.

Revisions and changes

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quotation. Extra changes or new features outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final approved deliverables created for the client passes to the client, except third-party assets (such as licensed fonts, stock images, themes and plugins), which remain under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to in writing.

Digital marketing results

We work to improve rankings, traffic and leads, but search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties, so we cannot guarantee specific positions or results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digibots is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, platforms or payment gateways. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
